By using the using this Software you agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions of which may be amended from time to time as set out below. The person signing or accepting these terms and conditions hereby warrants that he or she is duly authorised to accept these terms and conditions and conclude this Agreement on behalf of the person whose details are specified in the Registration Form.

If you do not agree to this, do not use this Software.

• Either Party can terminate this Agreement with immediate effect.
• An escalation of Search Fees can occur without notice.
• AfriDeed is not liable for any damages related to the use of, or reliance on, the website or any services.
